Position Specific Instruction

Athletic Development.

Equipment Needed:

Please wear appropriate athletic/baseball clothes: T Shirt, Baseball Pants or Shorts and baseball cleats. All players should bring a baseball glove, bat and batting helmet. Catchers should also bring their catching gear.  (SHARING OF PERSONAL EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED)

Camp Daily Format:

9:00-9:30 Welcome/ Warmup/Stretching       

9:30-9:45 Athletic Development                 

9:45- 10:30 Defensive Fundamental Stations

10:30- 11:15  Hitting Stations 

11:15-11:55 Contests/Competitions             

11:55 Wrap-up/Review
